Both locations comprise the Chase County Clinic which has been caring for the medical needs of the surrounding community since 1986, providing families with a full range of affordable and accessible medical services.

The Rural Health Clinic program is intended to increase access to primary care services for patients in our rural communities. We use a team approach of physicians working with non-physician providers such as nurse practitioners and physician assistants to provide quality patient care.

Our clinic is currently staffed with two Family Practice Physicians, two Physician Associates and two Nurse Practitioners.  We also staff one registered nurse, two licensed practical nurses, one medical assistant, three CNA’s/Med-Aides and several patient access representatives to serve our patients.

We offer health care services at our clinic locations in both Wauneta and Imperial.  As health care providers, we are committed to our patients and the overall health of the community.

The clinic also offers a monthly “Vaccines For Children” (VFC) program, which is a federally funded program, that provides vaccines at no cost to children who might not otherwise be vaccinated because of inability to pay. Our monthly vaccine clinic serves both pediatric and adult patients.
