Bianco, M.D. was born in Tucson,
Arizona, but now resides in North
Platte, Nebraska where he works at the
North Platte OB/GYN. Dr. Bianco
completed his undergraduate education
Creighton University and went on to
complete Medical School there as well in
1989. His Residency was also completed
at Creighton University in Family
Practice. Dr. Bianco then went on the
complete his Residency in OB/GYN at the
University of Kansas in Wichita. Dr.
Bianco is a member of the American Board
of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

University of Colorado School of

development, as well as the psychosocial

Dr. David
Garfield is a Board Certified Oncologist
with many years experience in general
hematology-oncology practice, lung
cancer specialization, and general
oncology and lung cancer research. He
obtained his medical education at the
University of Illinois Medical School,
and completed his residency at the
University of Cincinnati Hospital. Dr.
Garfield obtained a Fellowship in
Medical Oncology from the University of
Minnesota and is a founding member of
the US Oncology, Inc., the nation’s
largest health-care service network
devoted to cancer treatment and
research. From 1972 – 2002 Dr. Garfield
practiced with the Hematology-Oncology
associates and Rocky Mountain Cancer
Centers. Dr. Garfield currently serves
as oncology consultant at Colorado
Heart/Lunch Imaging in Denver, CO.

diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.

Kutty, is a Specialty Clinic
Cardiologist here at Chase County
Community Hospital. Dr. Kutty is a 1962
honors graduate from the Stanley Medical
College-University of Madras, in India.
Following his residency at the
Metropolitan General-Lutheran Hospitals
in Cleveland, OH, Dr. Kutty completed
his fellowship in Cardiology at the
University of Missouri Hospitals and
Clinics in Columbia, MO and the Graduate
Hospital-University of Pennsylvania,
Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Kutty is a fellow
of the Royal Colleges of Physicians and
Surgeons of Canada and a Fellow of the
American College of Cardiology, and the
Society of Angiography and
Intervention. Dr. Kutty is certified in
Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular
Diseases.
Dr. Kutty
has three children and
lives in Kearney, Nebraska.
Dr. Ahmed Kutty provides services
dealing with the structure, function,
and disorders of the heart. He is

Meyer, M.D. is a Board Certified
Orthopedic Surgeon that comes to us from
Kearney Bone & Joint Clinic, where he
has worked since 1980. He obtained his
medical education from the University of
Nebraska Medical Center, and his
Residency in Orthopedic Surgery Ancon
from Gorgas Hospital. Dr. Meyer is a
Diplomat on the National Board of
Medical Examiners, and a member of the
American Medical Association. Dr. Meyer
is married and has four children.
Joel
McReynolds, P.A. comes along with Dr.
Mark Meyer when he comes for his
Orthopedic Surgery Clinic twice a
month. Joel graduated from Fort Hayes
State University in 1998 with a
Bachelors of Science Degree in Zoology.
He completed many rotations and gained
professional experience in Cardiology,
Emergency Department, Internal
Medicine/Pediatrics, Orthopedic Surgery

Dr. David Pfoff has been in private
practice for over thirty years. He has
an undergraduate from medical school at
St. Louis University. His medical
internship along with his internal
medicine residency was at St. John’s
Mercy Hospital. Dr. Pfoff’s
ophthalmology residency was at the
University Of Colorado School Of
Medicine, and he has been on the
teaching faculty at the University of
Colorado for over thirty years.
Dr. Pfoff’s practice is a combination of
ophthalmology, optometric and optical
services. He has performed over 22,000
cataract and refractive surgeries and is
dedicated to excellence in medical eye
care. Dr. Pfoff is married with three
grown daughters and one grand-daughter.
He enjoys singing, golfing, hiking and
flying when he is out of the office.
Dr. Pfoff is also a Ruling Elder at
Cherry Hill Community Church in
Highlands Ranch.
