Medical Staff

Dr. David Younger, M.D.

Dr. David Younger received his medical education at Wake Forest , in North Carolina.  He completed his family practice residency in Wheeling, W. Virginia.  Dr. Younger practiced in Goodland, KS before joining the staff of Chase County Community Hospital in 2014.

 

Dr. Kayla Luhrs

Dr. Kayla Luhrs earned her Bachelor of Science degree in zoology/physiology from the University of Wyoming in 2008, then her Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle in 2012.  She became board-certified in Family Medicine in 2015 and has several additional certifications.  She joined the Chase County Community Hospital & Clinics on March 22, 2022.

 

Dr. James Kerr

Dr. James Kerr earned his medical degree from Texas Tech University and went on to complete the Cheyenne Family Practice Residency Program at the University of Wyoming in 1987.  He has extensive Physician experience and is fully trained and certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation. 

 

Jodi Spady, PA-C

Jodi Spady, PA-C obtained her education in Physician Associate Studies from the University of South Dakota-Vermillion, SD. Before going back to school, Jodi was a certified athletic trainer and has her Masters of Science in Education from Wayne State College. She is a native of Hyannis, Nebraska.
