June 11 - School Physicals

 It’s That Time Again! School Physicals at Imperial Clinic – Wednesday, June 11th

Mark your calendars! School physicals will be offered at the Imperial Clinic on Wednesday, June 11th, from 4:00–7:00 PM. The cost is just $20 per student, payable by cash, check, or card—no insurance will be billed, and no injections will be offered at this time.

If a parent or guardian cannot attend, both the school form and the clinic consent form must be signed in advance for the student to be seen. Questions? Please contact the clinic—we’re here to help!
