BW Telcom Offers Challenge Grant to Chase County Hospital Foundation

Randy Raile, owner of BW Telcom in Benkelman, has offered a challenge grant of $25,000 to the Chase County Hospital Foundation. If the Foundation raises $25,000, BW Telcom will match with a $25,000 donation.

"We were very excited when Randy called us with this challenge," exclaimed Randy Vlasin, Executive Director of the Chase County Hospital Foundation. "The timing is excellent as we are in need of replacing a gastroscope in the surgery department. Funds raised through this challenge will be targeted for purchase of the new equipment.

A gastroscope is a critical piece of equipment for surgical departments and is an important diagnostic tool used by surgeons on a regular basis. It can also be used in emergency situations such as removing blockages in the esophagus.
"BW Telcom is honored to be able to contribute to the communities that make SW Nebraska a wonderful place to call home," stated Randy Raile.
According to Vlasin, "We have several events to help raise the matching money in June.

The evening will begin at 5:30 PM with viewing of silent auction items, refreshments and finger foods.
