Clinic Closed Monday

Please be advised that the Chase County Clinic (both locations) will be closed on Monday, September 2nd , in observance of Labor Day.

Normal business operations will resume on Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024.  Clinic schedule on Saturday, August 31st will not be affected and will go on as usual from 9.00 am to 12.00 noon.
