Meet Our First Responders

We are proud to recognize three exceptional individuals who serve as vital first responders right here at our hospital: Melisa Klentz, Allison Pryor, and Dustin Harris.

• Melisa Klentz is a Certified Nursing Assistant who has been a valued team member at our hospital since 2011. In addition to her work here, she has served as an EMT with Wauneta EMS since 2010.
• Allison Pryor has been a Medical Assistant in our Specialty Clinic for nearly two years and brings additional expertise through her nearly four years of service as an EMT with Imperial EMS.
• Dustin Harris, our IT Manager, has been with CCCH for almost 15 years and has proudly served on the Imperial Volunteer Fire Department for the past five years.

These dedicated professionals are among the first to respond when seconds count most — whether it's providing immediate life-saving care in the emergency department, responding to in-hospital emergencies, or supporting critical situations with skill and compassion. Their quick thinking, calm under pressure, and commitment to patient care make a profound difference in the lives of those we serve.
