IMPERIAL, NEB – October 29, 2026 – Chase County Community Hospital has been surveyed by CIHQ and has successfully met the requirements for Disease Specific Certification in Acute Stroke Readiness. This certification reflects a hospital’s ability to provide evidence-based best practice to the acute stroke patient population.
Chase County Community Hospital underwent a rigorous onsite survey on October 9, 2026. During the survey, CIHQ surveyors evaluated compliance with evidence-based standards of care developed in consultation with industry health care experts and nationally recognized agencies.
